I am driving the bus today!

Bill is in Las Vegas at NetRoots Nation, so there will be no podcast this week. Thank goodness nothing of import has happened, yes? Ahem. You can still get all the news analysis that is fit to tweet on our twitter feed: @liberaloasis , or on our Facebook page, which you should very much please “friend”, as much as you can “friend” a page, or really, use the word “friend” as a verb. Now I will go put on some Ben Gay and eat some butterscotch hard candies, as I just sounded so very old and unhip there, didn’t I?
At any rate, all our links are right there on the side. Bill is tweeting from Vegas, and I will do my best to keep up my end of the bargain by getting angry about Sharron Angle. Seriously, she just walks away from reporters? That is a thing now, a thing that you do when you want to be a public servant? And check out the crowd she talks to about the estate tax. Because that is what the average factory worker has foremost on his mind. That woman just offends me on so many levels.
So, to recap: Sharron Angle is an idiot, join our Facebook page, follow us on Twitter, and we will be back with a fresh new podcast next week.

The LiberalOasis Radio Show: Pimm’s Cup Edition

The latest LiberalOasis Radio Show podcast is up, with myself, Traci Olsen discussing the passage of the Wall Street reform bill, the prospects for a carbon cap this summer, the debate over whether liberals are winning, the new This American Life movie and Bill’s irrational hatred of Ira Glass.

The LiberalOasis Radio Show: And Jacob Is Naked Edition

The latest LiberalOasis Radio Show podcast is up, with myself, Traci Olsen — and Traci’s potty mouth — discussing Michael Steele’s latest idiocy, and the congressional failure to create jobs and heed science on climate change. Plus, Traci finally sees “Eclipse” (and loses the ability to breathe normally.) Should Steve Carrell leave “The Office”? And should anyone see “The Last Airbender”?
